Baby beetroot, goat cheese mousse and fig gel on oat biscuit.

STARTER
Roasted tomato and mango soup with crispy parsnips.

FIRST MAIN
Lemon and herbs crusted roasted monkfish, mussels meat, lime and saffron chick pea puree, balsamic pearls.

SORBET
Mango sorbet with candied citrus zests.

SECOND MAIN
Venison with chorizo, celeriac and potato rosti, passion fruit puree and balsamic baby plum tomatoes.

DESSERT
Glass of raspberry and champagne jelly, with dragon fruit and biscuits.
